Cheesecake for breakfast?


What if food could be just food, without moral value. Social media and all diets too well known or not, divide the food into good and bad ...

Maybe if we look at it in a neutral way, we would not hate the feeling of guilt in every culinary choice we make.

Instead of looking at food as antagonistic entities, we could choose to see what it does for us, how we feel after choosing a certain category of food. Do we listen to our body’s fairy tale?

For one serving I used:

1 tablespoon peanut butter

5 tablespoons ground almonds

50 gr Greek yogurt

5 tablespoons frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon date syrup

I mixed the peanut butter with the almonds, do it directly by hand to warm the butter.

I chose to add Greek yogurt instead of another type of cheese (mascarpone or simply cow cheese) because I adore it.

The fresh raspberry jam was made it in my sweet classic way, in a pan, with a tablespoon of syrup.

A dessert ready in 5 min and eaten in 2.

Spread fairy dust, not hate!
