The vegan tower


Long-time no visual food appearance talk.

The dish visual presentation is equally essential, if not more important than its taste.

The same rules apply to children, the more colorful and meticulous one dish is, the more successful you will be.

For 3 servings I used:

1 can of chickpea

1 leek

½ sweet potato

Tarragon

2 tablespoons hydrated flax seeds

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

With your hands shape 8 to 10 veggie bites and place them on a baking tray and in the over for 20 min each side.

Plenty of vegetables and voila!

Spread fairy dust, not hate!
