THE PINK BURGER

You can never go wrong with a little pink ...

Remember the cheerful buns from yesterday? They received a royal and vegetarian treatment. Here you have:

THE PINK BURGER

For 3 servings I used:

½ cup green cooked lentil

½ rapped carrot

2 pieces of cooked beets

1 spring onion

2 tablespoons hydrated flax seeds

4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Tarragon and parsley

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

All the wonderful ingredients are mixed together, don’t be afraid to use your hands to shape the patties. Place them, one by one on baking tray and in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile I chopped 1 red onion and place it in a pan with 1 tablespoon whole coconut sugar, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon water for 5 minutes.

The order of the delights remains at your discretion, my version sounds like this: cut the buns in 2, add 4 perfectly ripe avocado slices, the patty, the caramelized onion, green salad and some baked pepper.

I added a little hot green pepper sauce.

Spread fairy dust, not hate!
