Pudding passion with chia and quinoa


This was exactly my choice after an intense workout, it is extremely important what you choose to eat before and after a physical activity.

You will need: proteins to build your muscle and also carbohydrates to restore the glycogen storage in the muscles.


For one serving I used:

(I love to cook for myself as well)

3 tablespoons chia seeds

5 tablespoons quinoa

5 tablespoons apple sauce

A handful of frozen yellow fruits

Cinnamon and ginger powder


I moisturized the chia seeds with hot water for about 10 minutes, then added 2 tablespoons of apple sauce.

Meanwhile, I boiled the quinoa and added 3 tablespoons of the same sauce.

The fruits were heated in the pan.

After, everything was combined in a fine glass and sprinkled with cinnamon and ginger powder.
