Tuna is one of my favorite dishes, but be careful, it is an active and agile predator fish and should be eaten in moderation. So do I 😊 .
The tuna bath was made with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium content), lemon juice, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon thyme and 3 teaspoons water. Leave the tuna to rest for 8 hours.
The avocado salsa was prepared from a half of avocado, one red onion and 5 cherry tomatoes, I added olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
The zucchini special sauce was made from a crushed garlic,1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper. The zucchini was cut into thin strips and went for a tan in the oven, after 5 minutes use the sauce to grease the zucchini on both sides, let it stay in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
The tuna, the one treated with great respect, was cooked it a non-sticky and hot pan for 3 minutes on each side.
I roll the hot tuna over some black sesame and finally it could rest, happily on a plate, next to a hand of green leaves, close to the zucchini and salsa.
A glass of prosecco would be the best option.
